Returns & Shipping Policy
RETURNS
All returns must be received by FlyLite within 30 days of date product was shipped to consumer, in original undamaged packaging.
REFUNDS
If it doesn’t work – FlyLite will repair or replace it , AND give you credit for your shipping cost, useable on any FlyLite product, within the following 6 months.
Helmets – If Helmet Does Not fit, notification must be received by FlyLite within 48 hours to qualify for a return, refund or replacement.
SHIPPING
Please allow 2 business days for your package(s) to ship. We offer Ups Next Day Air, Ups Ground, Ups 3 Day Select and UPS Worldwide Express SM for International shipping.
Fly Lite PPG cannot be responsible for damages caused in shipping.
